Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Feeldreamy is operated by Dreamchasers, MB, a company registered in Lithuania (EU), company code 307749208, with its registered office at Krokuvos g. 53-3, LT-09306 Vilnius, Lithuania. We act as the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us about anything in this policy at info@dreamchasers.lt.

Feeldreamy is available on the web and as iOS and Android apps. We are launching in India, the United States, and Brazil, and our operating entity is based in the European Union. This policy is written to cover all of these regions.

2. Data we collect

To provide a dream reflection, we collect:

  • The text of the dream you describe, and any optional voice recordings you choose to record.
  • The emotions you select and the intensity you assign to them.
  • Your “what’s going on lately” context — recent emotional state and sleep quality.
  • Your email address and a Firebase account identifier used to sign you in and sync your history across devices.
  • Purchase history — which one-time decodes or subscriptions you have bought, so we can grant the right access.

We treat the emotional and mental content of your dreams and mood entries as sensitive personal data and handle it accordingly.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to generate your personalized dream reflection, maintain your account and history, process your purchases, and keep the service secure and working.

Your dream text and any voice recording are sent to Google for AI processing — including transcription of voice recordings — only after you give explicit consent at the point of analysis. If you do not consent, that content is not sent for AI processing.

If you record your voice, we send the audio to Google only to turn it into text so we can read your dream. We don’t use your voice to identify you, and we don’t create a voiceprint of you.

5. Service providers we share data with

We use a small set of trusted providers (processors) to run Feeldreamy. Each receives only the data needed for its function:

  • Firebase (Google) — authentication and Firestore storage of your account and dream history.
  • Google Gemini — AI inference and voice transcription. Your dream and voice content is sent here only after your explicit consent, only to create your reflection. Under our paid agreement with Google, it is not used to train Google’s AI models.
  • RevenueCat — managing mobile in-app purchases and subscriptions.
  • Stripe — processing payments made on the web.
  • Capgo — delivering over-the-air updates to the mobile apps.
  • Google Analytics (GA4) — aggregate web usage analytics, web only and only after you opt in on the cookie banner; not used in the mobile apps.

We do not sell your personal data, and we never have.

6. International data transfers

Some of your data is processed outside the EU. Here is where it goes and how we keep it protected:

  • Google (Firebase and Gemini) — processed in the United States by Google LLC. Your dream text, voice recordings and account data are protected by Google’s certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, backed up by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
  • Stripe and RevenueCat — based in the United States; transfers are protected by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, where the provider is certified, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
  • Capgo — delivers over-the-air app updates; any transfer outside the EU is covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

For Brazil, we rely on standard contractual clauses and your consent (LGPD Art. 33). For India, your data is only transferred to countries India does not restrict (DPDP Act, s. 16). Want a copy of the safeguards we rely on? Email us at info@dreamchasers.lt and we’ll send them to you.

7. Cookies and tracking

The Feeldreamy mobile apps do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. On the web, we keep cookies and similar storage to the minimum:

  • Essential — referral attribution: if you arrive through a referral link, we set a single first-party cookie (dream_ref) so we can credit who referred you. It is not used for advertising.
  • Essential — signing you in: Firebase Authentication stores a token in your browser so you stay signed in across visits.
  • Optional — analytics (only with your consent): if you accept on the cookie banner, Google Analytics (GA4) sets cookies (such as _ga) to produce aggregate usage statistics. These are not set unless you opt in.

When you first visit the web app from the EEA or UK, a banner asks whether to allow analytics; nothing analytics-related runs until you choose “Accept”. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” control on the site. We do not use your data for advertising and do not track you across other sites.

8. Automated processing

Your reflection is created automatically by AI from what you tell it. It is there to help you think — it is not a decision about you and has no legal or similarly significant effect on you. A real person is always reachable at info@dreamchasers.lt.

9. How long we keep your data

How long we keep things:

  • Your account, dreams and history: kept until you delete your account, then removed within 30 days.
  • A dream you mark “privacy mode”: its content is deleted right after your reflection is made.
  • Payment and accounting records: we have to keep these for 10 years to meet Lithuanian and EU tax and accounting law, even after you delete your account.

10. How we keep your data safe

How we protect your data:

  • Everything you send us travels over an encrypted connection and is stored encrypted at rest.
  • Only the systems that need your data can reach it, and access is kept to a minimum.
  • Your dream and voice content is not sent for AI processing until you tap to agree.

No system is perfectly secure, but we take protecting your dreams seriously.

11. Your privacy rights

Your rights depend on where you live. Regardless of region, you can contact us at info@dreamchasers.lt to exercise any right available to you, and we will respond as required by the law that applies to you.

EU/EEA & UK (GDPR): You have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your data, to restrict or object to processing, to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

Brazil (LGPD): You have the right to confirm processing and access, correct, anonymize or delete your data, request portability, and obtain information about how it is shared. You can reach our data protection officer (encarregado) at info@dreamchasers.lt. If you think we have mishandled your data, you can also complain to the Brazilian data protection authority, the ANPD (gov.br/anpd).

India (DPDP Act 2023): You have the right to access and correct your data, to request its erasure, and to nominate another person to exercise your rights on your behalf. We process your dream, voice, mood and sleep details on the basis of your consent, given on the screen just before analysis; we process your email, account ID and purchase history to give you the service you asked for. If you have a complaint, write to our Grievance Officer at info@dreamchasers.lt — we will acknowledge you within 48 hours and resolve it as quickly as the DPDP Act requires.

United States (California CCPA/CPRA and other state laws): You have the right to know what personal data we hold, and to access, correct, and delete it. Dream and mood content is sensitive, so we only use it to create your reflection and run the service — never to profile you or for targeted advertising. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising; our web analytics are aggregate and privacy-friendly, not ad targeting. In Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas and other states you have similar rights, we process sensitive data only with your consent, and if we ever turn down a request you can ask us to reconsider. 12. Children and age requirements

You must be at least 16 years old to use Feeldreamy. Because India’s data protection law treats everyone under 18 as a child, you must be 18 or older to use Feeldreamy in India. The service is not directed to children: we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under these ages, we do not offer a path for children, and we do not track children, monitor their behaviour, or show them targeted ads. If you believe someone under-age has used Feeldreamy, contact us and we will delete their data.

14. Governing law

This policy and our processing of your data are governed by the laws of Lithuania (EU), without prejudice to any mandatory data protection rights you have under the laws of your own country.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL, with the “Last updated” date above reflecting the latest revision.
