Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of and purchases through Feeldreamy, operated by Dreamchasers, MB — a company registered in Lithuania (EU), company code 307749208, registered office at Krokuvos g. 53-3, LT-09306 Vilnius, Lithuania. By purchasing a dream reading or starting a subscription, you agree to these Terms in full. They also serve as the end-user license agreement (EULA) for the Feeldreamy app.

Feeldreamy provides personalized AI dream analysis and interpretation through its web app and its iOS and Android apps. You can either pay once for a single decode or subscribe for ongoing access, as described below.

Single decode (one-time): You can unlock an individual dream reading with a single one-time payment of $3.99. This grants immediate, permanent access to that one reading. The single decode charge itself is not recurring; recurring billing applies only if you start or continue a subscription under the terms below.

Monthly subscription (auto-renewable): On the web app only, when you purchase a single decode through Stripe, that checkout also starts a 2-day free trial of the monthly subscription. iOS and Android single decode purchases do not automatically start a subscription or trial; any App Store or Google Play subscription is purchased separately through that store’s subscription flow. The subscription is billed monthly at the price shown to you before you confirm — you will always see the exact price for your region (in the web checkout, the App Store, or Google Play) before you subscribe. It allows up to 3 decodes per day. For the web-only 2-day trial, if you do not cancel before the trial ends, your first month is charged automatically when it finishes. For App Store or Google Play subscriptions, any free trial, cancellation deadline, renewal, and billing terms are shown in the store purchase flow and controlled by Apple or Google. Your subscription renews automatically every month until cancelled, unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your payment method is charged within 24 hours before each renewal. If you cancel during a free trial, you will not be charged.

Managing or cancelling your subscription: Your subscription is managed and cancelled at the platform where you purchased it:

• Web: through Stripe, via the billing portal in your account.
• iOS: through your Apple App Store subscription settings.
• Android: through your Google Play subscription settings.

Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Single decode: Before we unlock your reading, you confirm by ticking a box that your reflection is generated instantly and that you waive your 14-day right to a refund for that reflection. Once you have agreed to that and we have generated your reading, it is non-refundable.

Your legal rights still come first: if something goes wrong on our side — you are charged but no reading appears, or the service is broken — you are entitled to a fix or a refund, and nothing here takes that away.

Subscription refunds and trial terms are handled according to the policy of the platform where you purchased: Stripe (web), the App Store (iOS), or Google Play (Android). If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at info@dreamchasers.lt.

Feeldreamy provides dream analysis for reflective and entertainment purposes only. Our interpretations are generated using AI and are not a substitute for professional psychological, medical, or therapeutic advice. Nothing in a Feeldreamy reading should be treated as a clinical diagnosis or recommendation.

Your reflection is created by AI. AI can be wrong, miss things, or make things up. Treat it as a prompt for your own thinking — not as fact, advice, or a diagnosis — and please don’t make important decisions based on it. We always tell you before any of your dream is sent for AI processing, and you can reach a person at info@dreamchasers.lt.

We give you a personal, limited, non-transferable licence to use Feeldreamy for your own, non-commercial use. You keep ownership of the dream content you write or record; your reflections are for your personal use. The Feeldreamy app, brand, and content remain ours.

You must be at least 16 to use Feeldreamy (18 in India — see our Privacy Policy). Please don’t:

• copy, resell, rent, or redistribute the service;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, or try to extract our source code or models;
• scrape the service or access it with bots or other automated means;
• share your account or let someone else use it as their own;
• use Feeldreamy to break the law or to upload unlawful content.

Feeldreamy is provided “as is” and “as available”. We can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, and reflections are for reflection and entertainment, not professional advice.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law — including liability for death or personal injury, fraud, or our gross negligence — or affects the mandatory consumer rights you have where you live. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, or for how you choose to act on a reflection.

We process your dream content, mood data, and account information as described in our Privacy Policy. Your dream and voice content is sent for AI processing only after you give explicit consent. Our use of cookies and web analytics, and how to change your consent, is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Deleting your account is free and available directly in the app at Account → Delete my account. Deletion happens immediately and is never blocked — including if you have an active subscription. We cancel any web (Stripe) subscription for you as part of deletion. App Store and Google Play subscriptions can only be stopped by Apple or Google, so manage those in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Your account and data are deleted either way.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania (EU), without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your own country. If you are an EU consumer, you can also bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live, and you keep the protection of its consumer laws.
